Delivery /Ownership /Danger
Ownership of the Product is transferred after full redemption while the risk is shifted upon delivery.

Force Majeure Facts
We are not responsible or liable for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under the Contract caused by events not subject to our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
An act of Force Majeure is considered to be any act, fact, inability to perform, omission or accident not subject to our reasonable control and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
A. Strikes, lockouts or other trade union actions.
B. Social unrest, rebellion, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
C. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sedimentation, epidemic or other natural disaster.
D. Inability to use the railways, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other public or private means of transport.
E. Inability to use public or private telecommunication networks.
F. Acts, decrees, laws, regulations or government restrictions.
G. Any strike, damage or accident of shipping and postal services or other means of transport. The fulfillment of our obligations under any Convention is deemed to be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and the time for the fulfillment of our obligations will be extended for a period equal to the duration of that period. We will make every reasonable effort to put an end to the Force Majeure event or find a solution that will enable us to fulfill our obligations under the Convention despite the Force of Force Majeure.
If at any time during the term of a Contract we do not seek your strict fulfillment of any of your obligations under the Agreement or any of these Terms and Conditions and /or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies that we are entitled to under the Agreement or its Terms, this will not constitute a resignation from or restriction of these rights and remedies and does not exempt you from the obligation to comply with these obligations to you.
Our waiving of an individual claim does not constitute a waiver of any such claim in the future.
We do not waive any of these Terms or the rights and remedies available to us from the Agreement will be considered valid only if it is expressly stated that this is a waiver and is communicated to you in writing as defined in Article 18 above.
Partial Cancellation Clause
If a competent authority determines that any of these Terms or provisions of the Agreement are void, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such terms or provisions will be separated to that extent by the other terms and conditions, which will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, as well as any document expressly referred to therein, constitute the complete agreement between us regarding the subject matter of each Agreement and supersede any prior written or oral agreement, conciliation or settlement between us.
Both of you and us acknowledge that for the conclusion of the Agreement none of us relied on any statement, commitment or promise that may have been given by the other party or implied orally or in writing during the negotiations between us before t unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms. No party may exercise a remedy in respect of any false declaration made by the other Party, either orally or in writing, prior to the date of each Contract (unless the false statement was made in error) and the use of remedies by the other Party will only be permitted for any breach of the Contract as provided for in these Terms.
Right to Modify These Terms
We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms from time to time.
At the time you order products from us or use this site, you are subject to the applicable policies and conditions unless otherwise required, any modification of our policies and terms by law or governmental authority, in which case any changes will also apply to orders you have submitted prior to the changes.
Law and jurisdiction
The use of the site and the purchase of products through it is governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or such Contracts, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
